When Jamestown Properties announced back in December that it was installing the Dancing Goats Coffee Bar in its Ponce City Market years before the project actually opens, we thought it was pretty damn genius. And now with the opening is imminent, we still do. Especially with word that the opening will coincide with the opening of the massive redevelopment's marketing center. We said it once but we'll say it again- by activating the site well before it actually opens, Jamestown begins to market the PCM in the most organic way possible (sneak preview, with excellent coffee!), gets people used to coming to the site and invites the public into the redevelopment process. Genius.
