The endless saga of delays and do-overs that plagues what should be the fairly straightforward process of putting concessions contractors in place at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport continues. And though the City of Atlanta government claims to be keeping the byzantine process an open book after demands by the press and the public, it actually remains pretty opaque in the face of key moves made without any explanation. Our energy for keeping all of the acronyms and contract parsing straight in our minds is waning. Let's hope that's not the point. [Saporta Report]
