The stream of apartment announcements seems endless lately. Case in point: the Development Review Committee for SPI-9 (which covers most of the Buckhead Village) had their first look at Alliance Residential's plan for a 250 unit complex proposed for Maple Drive where the Mosaic restaurant and a pair of vintage office buildings currently sit. It's super early in the game, but if everything goes through it could be a smart addition to Buckhead's core urbanization. [BuckheadView]
