The 13th Venice Architecture Biennale is going on right now, providing us with plenty of wonder, amazement, and at times downright conceptual confusion. Its National Pavilion exhibits give countries the opportunity to impress and inform the rest of the world, and we're proud to say this year's offering by the US of A is no slouch. It's a timely examination of the hottest concept in planning circles - DIY/guerilla/tactical urbanism - which is ironically a kind of "unplanning."
