PARKatlanta's Reign of Terror Ending?

Atlanta City Councilman Kwanza Hall is fed up with PARKatlanta complaints and thinks it's time for an early breakup with the unpopular (to put it lightly) company. It won't come cheap, considering the city's cost for buying out the contract's remaining three years sits at a hefty $8,000,000. That's not junk change by any means, but if anyone's listened to enough horror stories it's this guy: 70% of Atlanta's parking meters are located in Hall's district. [WABE]
