3330 Peachtree Begins Its New Life With a Tear Down

New, 1 comment

Drivers on Peachtree Road near Lenox and the folks working in the high rises of Tower Place and The Sovereign building are enjoying the spectacle of a good old fashioned building demolition as 3330 Peachtree (formerly American Intercontinental University) disappears to make way for a new building. A joint venture between Regent Partners and Pope & Land Enterprises will bring a new mixed-use project to the site in phases, with the first set to deliver offices and a new trading floor for T.D. Ameritrade. As detailed in an Atlanta Business Chronicle piece from April, the second phase will be larger and could contain host a U.S. headquarters for a European company as well as retail and residential components.
