Yes Virginia, there is actual progress being made at the Buckhead Atlanta construction site. This phase of development isn't the most exciting, but Buckhead View got some great shots from One Buckhead Plaza that prove things are moving along after what seems like eons of stalemate. Crews are having to rework the underground parking deck that was started by the previous developer - Ben Carter - on the same block that Hermes will eventually occupy. Officials remain tightlipped concerning exactly who else is going into the reborn mixed use project, but the CEO of OliverMcMillan is quoted saying a "big chunk" has already been leased. Don't they know the suspense is too much for busybodies like us?
