Increased density and better urban design would have been nice, but it looks like the proposed apartment building on the site of a Bank of America branch near the Decatur Square has been put on the back burner. Stalled negotiations with the bank are cited as the culprit. And you thought there was no stopping the multi-family construction onslaught! [Decatur Metro]
