What to do with downtown's Olympia Building? That's the question being asked by Maria Saporta, and surprisingly she doesn't suggest GSU as the ideal buyer. The state is trying to rid itself of the 1936 Five Points landmark, but so far it hasn't garnered much interest. Actually, make that any interest; no one has made an offer since bidding opened 45 days ago. Ms. Saporta seems to think Coca-Cola would be the best fit, especially if they were to run a gift shop in the ground floor, and considering their swirly rooftop signage already serves as an attraction in itself, it wouldn't be that far of a stretch.
