This month, Atlanta magazine spotlights the public art gallery that will overtake the lobby of the former AJC building at 72 Marietta Street downtown. The 3,000 square-foot space is undergoing a serious facelift, to include a nine-story, ribbon-like sculpture that will shoot up the façade of the 1970s mid-rise. It's a drastic improvement over a vacant downtown storefront, but do you foresee this public space being a hit? [Atlanta magazine]
