I don't know, a little dismayed, I guess, that State Farm wants to build at the Perimeter rather than in one of the real commercial districts, particularly if they're apparently not saving any money on land by doing so. I work in Midtown, and I love working within walking distance of lunch spots, after-hours places, retail for lunchtime or after-work shopping — real-city stuff, not the car-dependent mall/suburb thing at the Perimeter." — Guest #14 applauds Midtown walkability.
