Spooky Proximity

In a study that's dying for puns, the brokerage experts at Redfin dug into data and found that homes near cemeteries in Atlanta — and across the country — take longer to sell, but usually fetch more than properties without the creepy factor. Data show Atlanta currently has the fifth most homes for sale near cemeteries (41), with median list prices of $229,000. Writes one local agent: "Well known for its sports and entertainment industries, Atlanta also has beautifully historic cemeteries that are tourist attractions." Would the headstones bother you?
