Featured In Eastwood Flick, This Buckhead Pad Dazzles

As Georgia's film industry explodes, more and more residential properties are being marketed as the location shoots they once were, and we can't blame Hollywood for working this contemporary wonderland into the shot. Every facet of this four-bedroom, tri-level Buckhead compound, which sits within putting distance of Bobby Jones Golf Course, is svelte. If the place looks familiar, maybe you saw Clint Eastwood's "Trouble With the Curve," in which it played Amy Adams' home. Or maybe, for some reason, you saw "Why Did I Get Married?" or its sequel? Both movies shot here, as have numerous retail catalogues. The ask is $1.199 million, and that buys amenities like a gunite saltwater pool, a private courtyard, an exercise room and too much cutting-edge style to mention. The current occupant is clearly intrigued by the female form, and the art is somehow fitting. There's one catch: The place sits so close to Peachtree Creek, it's technically in a flood plain, but at least the main floors were elevated with that in mind. This one could be worth the risk.
