Not to kill the Halloween spirit and all, but the fact that this gorgeous Castleberry Hill penthouse was used in "Scary Movie 5" may actually be the least appealing thing about it. Recently listed for a cool $750,000, this two-bedroom, two and 1/2-bath beauty is a mix of old school and modernity. This 200 Walker Street building was originally a Johnson & Johnson Band-Aid factory and, according to the listing, still boasts its "original red maple floors, old forest beams and exposed brick walls." Those features are obvious throughout. Also prominent: a three-story atrium, massive skylights and an impressive custom staircase.
Then there's the private rooftop deck — full-on views of downtown and the doomed Georgia Dome resting comfortably in the distance. Note the hot tub and bar. Back downstairs, the master suite is huge, and includes a sitting room, walk-in closet and a whirlpool tub. Overall, the condo is so spacious that the listing doesn't bother including a square footage. Realtor Coldwell Banker is pitching this one as "Heather's Apartment" in Scary Movie 5 (which was apparently a thing), and as being in the same neighborhood where The Walking Dead's pilot was filmed (it is on Walker Street). But given the condo's inherent appeal, all that seems like an unnecessary stretch.
