Pricier Peachtree

The real estate gurus at Jones Lang LaSalle report that Atlanta's famed Peachtree Street has jumped 11 spots to become the 28th most expensive street in the United States for office rents. According to the study of the top 40 U.S. markets, average rental rates along the Peachtree Street corridor have increased by 30.1 percent since 2011, while vacancy rates have dropped from an alarming 25.5 percent to 17.7 percent. Sounds like high time for a mega office tower, right? [JLL]
