A historic church that sits a few blocks from the Beltline in Southwest Atlanta could soon meet its maker. Creative Loafing reports that Fulton County officials are seeking to demolish 85-year-old Capitol View Baptist Church to make way for a new library — dashing the hopes of residents who wanted the church to be reused.
