Tempers are flaring over the community benefits promised to west Atlanta neighborhoods by major brokers in the Falcons stadium deal. Neighborhood leaders (and at least one city councilmember) say the formal plan is still far too vague. But Mayor Kasim Reed and other stadium boosters want to wrap the process by year's end so construction can begin. The building schedule, says Reed, is already tight. [WABE]
