Handsome Condo Overlooking Inman Park Asks $342K

New, 1 comment

The listing agent describes this two-bedroom condo in Inman Park as "absolutely MUST HAVE" — with capital letters and all. While that might be an overstatement, it's tough to deny the appeal. The 870 Inman condo (a former model unit) clocks in at a hair shy of 1,200 square feet in this blossoming pocket of Atlanta that all but hugs the Beltline's Eastside Trail. It's a top-floor corner unit, with a large private balcony overlooking the rolling verdure of "Atlanta's First Planned Suburb." Other perks include the built-in iPod sound system, a separate storage unit, two assigned parking spots and the building's saltwater pool. Not much to quibble with here. The $342,000 ask might initially seem high for the size, but countless units in Midtown and elsewhere are asking $200,000 more for comparable square footage and amenities. Maybe that's apples and oranges — but maybe not.
