Behold this 200,000 square-foot medical office building scheduled to break ground at Peachtree and Collier roads this month. The 1895 Peachtree Road project, situated near Piedmont Hospital, will offer more than life-saving procedures (the rendering suggests a Chick-fil-A). Per the developer: "The first floor retail and area amenities will give tenants and visitors access to shopping and an endless amount of dinning options." Not a bad looking MOB, either. [Bisnow]
