Modest Reynoldstown Digs Really Bring The Quirk

Small but "immaculately maintained," this home in Reynoldstown feels like it belongs in, well, Reynoldstown. Tucked off Wylie Street about a block from Moreland Avenue, the four-bed, three-bath abode built in 1940 is tiny but offers plenty of quirk. Blue cabinets somehow work in the kitchen, a neon-colored front door fits right in and a nice little deck seems the appropriate place for all your hipster accoutrements. A second living area downstairs is complete with wet bar, fridge and a couple of bedrooms, giving the house (listed at just 806 square feet) a bit more room. At $265,000, it's about right for the area — depending on how much you like the color blue.
