The Saporta Report's "Moments" series offers a telling reflection by veteran commercial real estate developer Bob Voyles, who recalls the moment he felt something was chronically wrong with Atlanta, a city he'd helped shape for more than 30 years. Over dinner one night, Voyles' daughter, a recent University of North Carolina graduate, said she wouldn't be moving back to her hometown because congestion had grown too horrendous. Says Voyles: "It was like a fire bell going off in my head." [SR]
