Boutique Visions

Will downscaled condo buildings be all the rage in a city famous for overbuilding? At least one blogger posits that could be case, pointing to John Wieland's plans for a five-story building on a long-vacant site across from the High Museum of Art. That boutique project, initially planned at 23 stories, could break ground in April, offering a mere 48 units. Is this prudence on the part of developers, or just temporary timidness?
