The appeal/potential of downtown Atlanta has gone international. At a recent Bisnow conference, one official with a Hong Kong firm said downtown has the only properties they're interested in. They recently bought 400,000 square feet of property — 75 percent of which was the 34 Peachtree St. tower — and they're hungry for more, in response to the global trend of reurbanization. [Bisnow]
