As swarms of bulldozers toil around Ponce City Market, and window replacers hang from its roof, rumor has it a credit card processing company is considering leasing 100,000 square feet of the historic edifice. The company, Cardlytics, is "on the cusp of explosive growth" and is eyeing the former Sears warehouse for its headquarters, Bis Now reports. The RFP has apparently been floating around Midtown.
