The Atlanta City Council has worked a $1.17 million deal to purchase land and a home at 3162 Lenox Road for the creation of a 2.5-acre public park. Boasting mature bamboo stands and a creek, the property is located within strolling distance of thousands of residences in the Pine Hills neighborhood and the heavily populated Lenox Road corridor.
