A hot-topic downtown Decatur development that was seemingly KO'd by the Great Recession is getting up off the mat. Residents around the 315 W. West Ponce de Leon 10-story office tower (think: the big Wells Fargo sign) have been informed that an application has been filed for a new mixed-use development on the property.
