Downtown's latest attraction — the College Football Hall of Fame — is clearly coming to fruition, after heavy construction began last week at the GWCC's former Green Lot. Project leaders foresee doors of the $66.5 million project opening in August 2014. Meanwhile, heavy equipment should be moving on to the site of this big downtown attraction this coming week.
