Midtown Patch has scored renderings of Novare's parking-garage-retail-space-hodgepodge deluxe at the under-construction 100 6th Street project. The alterations have seemed to mollify commenters who blasted the uninviting staleness of initial plans. If all goes as planned, the $63 million high-rise will feature 320 apartments and 11,500 square feet of retail, rising in a 23-story tower between Juniper and Peachtree streets. [Patch]
