WellStar Health System is planning to build an up to 150,000 square-foot medical office building in Cherokee County that could include a hospital and create up to 1,000 jobs, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. The 62-acre campus will be located in Holly Springs and could provide an economic jolt for the area. Marietta-based WellStar's plans call for a hospice and 100-bed hospital. [ABC]
