Channel 2 Action News notes the development resurgence in and around the Old Fourth Ward that's been described as an Old West-style land grab, reporting that huge national developers are taking interest in the ripe ground. One city official counted 20-some ongoing projects in the area, as opposed to a measly three in 2010. Chimed the CEO of Perennial Properties: "Twenty years ago, it was not cool to be developing down in these neighborhoods.
