Word around the campfire is that Atlanta-based developer Tivoli plans to revive a high-rise apartment tower project near Piedmont Park that faded into oblivion several years ago. Tivoli's site is on 13th Street, between Juniper and Piedmont, and could consist of 252 units, Bisnow reports. The company developed the condo tower Aqua in Midtown, Mezzo in south Buckhead, Duo in Castleberry Hill and in 2009 announced plans for the striking Mandarin Oriental hotel (pictured at right) that never happened. Send further details here, if you've got 'em. [Bisnow]
