Allen Iverson Slashes Price of Buckhead Manse to $2.7M

New, 2 comments

It's been an up-and-down year for this Buckhead mansion, which fittingly has an elevator. After losing his North Fulton estate to foreclosure earlier this year, former NBA star Allen Iverson relisted his other metro Atlanta home (above) — for $200,000 more than the previous ask. This six-bedroom, nine-bathroom manse on West Paces Ferry Road was listed last month for $3 million, up from $2.8 million. But now Iverson — who has clearly moved out, vacating a decadent master closet, a stunning master bath with coffered ceilings and that wood-rich study — has dropped the ask to $2.79 million. Unlike his other former pad, this one doesn't recall upscale retirement communities. As the broker notes, this 2010 home sits in "one of the finest private gated communities in Atlanta" and comes with a gourmet kitchen, finished terrace level and pool house. It last sold for $4.5 million.
