Mall Money

Big construction plans at Lenox Square aren't relegated to the mall's facade redux, as Nike is planning to pour a whopping $21 million into a renovation of its current store. The shoe empire has filed a permit that calls for redoing about 23,000 square feet at the mall and adding a second floor to its current one-story store. Plans call for another two-story retailer and ancillary shops at the front of the mall, too. [Atlanta Business Chronicle]
