Plans are moving forward for another new apartment complex, this time on Maple Drive in Buckhead, between Peachtree Road and East Paces Ferry. Phoenix-based Alliance Residential Co. submitted a permit application with the City of Atlanta on Monday for Broadstone Maple Apartments, a five-story, 250-unit building that would replace two commercial properties on site.
