Dunwoody government honchos have officially set April 17 as the date ground will at last be broken on Project Renaissance, the city's multi-use redevelopment and heretofore a much-maligned PVC farm. The sizable project will be an amalgam of single-family homes, shops, a multi-use trail and three parks. Prominent Atlanta builder John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods will develop the housing.
