The first win with Atlanta's $1 billion retractable-roof stadium wasn't had by the Falcons or an opponent — but Kansas City-based architecture firm 360 Architecture. The Georgia World Congress Authority has named 360 Architecture the "apparent awardee" — over groups from Atlanta, Dallas, Philly and Missouri — to design the Doomed Dome's predecessor.
