For roughly the price of a Moscow caviar safari, you could call yourself a denizen of the Ritz Carlton Residences in Buckhead for an entire month. The view and amenities are exceptional — built-in daily breakfast, a heated pool and around-the-clock valet parking sound agreeable, for instance — but $6,900 monthly rent is a lot to stomach, unless you're a jet-setting cashmere magnate or professional athlete, with which Buckhead is fully stocked. This particular two-bedroom unit, while large at 1,659 square feet, doesn't necessarily bedazzle, until one ventures onto the 31st-floor terrace, which is 36-feet long and offers splendid south/west views over Buckhead to the spires of Midtown. Regarding the general environs (long rumored to be quarterback Matt Ryan's pied-à-terre) the broker doesn't skimp on enthusiasm: "This is the finest building in Atlanta and the lifestyle is incomparable." Hyperbole or not, the view could be worth the splurge. · 3630 Peachtree Rd NE [Estately]
