Developers Mum On Transformative Inman Park Project

New, 3 comments

If you missed it, Curbed's partner in crime, Eater Atlanta, reported that Victory Sandwich Bar in Inman Park has been given 90-day notice to vacate its current digs. Like neighboring Dad's Garage Theater Company, the business hopes to relocate nearby. The move is necessitated by the pending 280 Elizabeth Street project, which will transform the commercial heart of the historic neighborhood. Last we heard, the project was slated to bring just over 200 apartments and nearly 40,000 square feet of retail space; it's a collaboration between South City Partners (helmed by Novare and Wood Partners' multifamily veterans) and JPX, LLC, an entity controlled by Jarel Portman (yes, of those Portmans). Numerous requests for information and other inquiries with developers have been fruitless thus far, but feel free to drop inside intelligence to our tip line.
