An interesting discussion has ensued after Atlanta builder Fuqua Development's plans for a suburban-style project astride the Beltline on Glenwood Avenue were rejected by Neighborhood Planning Unit-W. Neighborhood leaders would prefer the company head back to the drawing board and scrap plans for the 20-acre site that call for 197,590 square feet of retail and parking for 1,201 vehicles.
