All signs indicate a payment software startup called Cardlytics should become the second technology company that will relocate to Ponce City Market after the mammoth mixed-use complex opens next year, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. Cardlytics employs more than 200 people at two smaller offices in the Old Fourth Ward, and is hunting for 120,000 square feet of space for a new headquarters. [ABC]
