Alliance Residential has gone back to the drawing board — and come away with a proposal for not one but TWO Buckhead apartment projects, Bisnow reports. The Phoenix-based developer has closed on two parcels that'll morph into yet more apartments, this time 400 high-end units. One project is set for Peachtree Street at Peachtree Battle Avenue, and the other in the Buckhead Village off Maple Drive. [Bisnow]
