Priced at $650,000, the home's main selling point is probably the views; the 1,925 square-foot unit encompasses the northwest corner of the building and has two balconies, which equates to a sweeping vantage point on scenery from Stone Mountain to Atlantic Station. Fans of the raw concrete aesthetic — or of kitchens walled with black bamboo — should be encouraged. But the exact purpose of two full kitchens, one of which consumes the third bedroom, isn't quite apparent in the listing photos.
