Bisnow reports that Galleria 300, among the most prominent towers in suburban Atlanta, could be changing hands. The Brookdale Group is reportedly in talks to buy the 435,000 square-foot tower, which is more than 80 percent leased. Most notably, the tower is home to Travelport's HQ.[Bisnow]
