Atlanta can't have the London Eye replica, so the SkyView Ferris wheel will have to do. On Monday evening, the City Council unanimously approved the 200-foot-tall, gondola-encrusted circle, which is scheduled to open within a month in a parking lot next to The Tabernacle.
