In a thorough report that shows the Atlanta condo market is rising from the grave, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution points out several juicy statistics: The average sale price for an intown Atlanta unit jumped 19 percent to $167,234 last year, as sales overall rose by 21 percent. As for inventory, the number of unsold units nosedived by 84 percent from its 2007 peak to 1,171 units (and some expect that number to be well below 1,000 now). [AJC]
