A lawyer representing the Pink Pony is threatening a costly lawsuit if Brookhaven tries to enforce a recently passed ordinance that bans nude dancing and alcohol sales under the same roof. That restriction, in the opinion of lawyer Alan Begner, would essentially kill the longstanding strip club, which he contends is tucked away and harming nobody. [Reporter Newspapers]
