Retail behemoths Simon Property Group are revisiting a pre-Recession plan to erect a high-rise residential tower on a piece of property hidden behind Bloomingdale's at their Lenox Square mall. Simon has teamed with the same Miami developer as before, when a $250 million luxury condo development was proposed. [Atlanta Business Chronicle]
