The listing says this gargantuan Roswell mansion is "foreclosure priced" at $2.79 million. Perhaps the indoor-outdoor pool is responsible for that. During a fawning HGTV feature on the "amazing 26,000 square-foot Victorian mansion," the owner can't stop boasting about how much the saltwater pool's elaborate construction cost, calling his infinity-edged creation "one of the sexiest pools ever made." Looks more like a Jacuzzi on steroids and Miami blow. Elsewhere in this "certified Southern gem" (HGTV's words) we find a "safe room," indoor basketball court, an eight-car garage (sans the Maserati in the ballroom) and plenty of Texas Crème Limestone. We're told more than $9 million was spent on "The McPherson Mansion," including a cool million on that sexy black hole.
