Atlanta INtown reports that Jamestown Properties is preparing to ramp up construction at Ponce City Market, potentially tripling the on-site workforce at the huge project in order to debut it in late 2014. This fall, the 300 daily construction workers at the former Sears/City Hall East building should swell to between 800 and 1,000 workers. Jamestown previously told Curbed Atlanta that office, retail and restaurants will begin opening by mid-2014 (when the first residents were expected to move in) and continue through spring 2015.
