¡Arriba! 'Hacienda Las Tortugas' Drops Ask To $2.25M

Bienvenidos ala Hacienda Las Tortugas! Or something like that. This 5,700 square-foot, Mediterranean-style Buckhead home has been on the selling block for nearly a year now, as its asking price has dropped from $2.9 million to the current $2.25. Apparently "locally known" as "Hacienda Las Tortugas" — which translates roughly to Estate of the Turtles — the abode is located on Regency Road, not far off West Paces Ferry and just inside Northside Parkway. The whole turtle thing seems to be an allusion to the shell-inspired stone floors throughout.

This one certainly has a hacienda-y feel, with flat exterior faces and pitched roofs with clay tile; the white walls and ceilings inside are accented by "Englemen spruce beams" and "Western red cedar windows." There's a pool, gardens and waterfall, as well as a modern kitchen and a massive three-car garage. And the four-bed, four-bath largesse means there's plenty of space for your tortoise-loving friends and family. There's also a sitar in one of the photos, for, you know, what that's worth.
